Saint John Kids Cricket Academy
The Saint John Malayali Association under the leadership of Dr.Ashwini Vinnakota has recently launched a kids’ cricket coaching program, with plans underway to host a youth cricket tournament in collaboration with the Saint John Cricket Club (SJCC). This initiative aims to introduce the game of cricket to children of all ages and backgrounds, fostering inclusivity, discipline, and teamwork from an early age. Currently, 12 young athletes are registered and receive regular coaching, dedicating over 10 hours each week to skill development and practice. By engaging children from various communities, this program not only promotes physical fitness but also strengthens social connections and nurtures leadership qualities. At the heart of this initiative is a shared passion for sports and a deep commitment to community development, as we work together to build a stronger, more connected future for the next generation in Saint John.
